Shipment Cancellation

We are sympathetic to last minute changes and adjustments. Most if not all cancellation fees are assessed by the carriers. Our Shipment Cancellation Policy is simple and straight forward. If you cancel a Truck Load shipment before equipment is located and secured there is NO FEE. If you cancel a Truck Load shipment after equipment is secured, you will be billed the quoted amount. If you cancel a Less Than Load (example would be a pallet) shipment before the carrier dispatches the pickup there is NO FEE. If you cancel a Less Than Load (example would be a pallet) shipment after the carrier dispatches the pickup there is a carrier imposed fee of up to $200.00. We do our best to have these fees waived by the carrier on your behalf.
